Emirati Marketing Administrator

Irwin & Dow are currently seeking an Emirati national for a global insurance provider that is an employer of choice for many across the world. An Internationally recognized global insurance and finance brand which attracts millions of customers, they form part of a leading insurance group with more than 140 years’ experience of insurance and financial solutions, across 170 countries.

This role is open to Emirati nationals (with family book) only and forms part of the wider marketing team, based in Dubai. You will assist the team to deliver high quality and cost effective brand marketing collateral and an effective and consistent social media presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of the client and internal marketing database, website and record management in order to provide targeted campaigns and support the Marketing Manager with communications strategy through all social media platforms. There will be several ongoing social media campaigns and strategies to action and it is expected that the right candidate will provide new and creative ideas alongside the global branding guidelines. You will also administer printed collateral and stock inventory, manage the team inbox, provide database and web uploads and assist on specific product projects within a fast paced and deadline driven environment.

Requirements

Candidates applying for this role must have a strong passion for all aspects of marketing and in particular social media. You will be a motivated and positive individual, able to take on challenges and work both with autonomy and within a small team, to ensure all marketing campaigns are actioned on time and achieve maximum effect. You will be educated to a minimum of High School diploma/ GED level and possess strong communications skills in your native Arabic in addition to English. This role is ideal for those Emirati (family book) nationals whom are passionate about social media and are willing to learn and take direction from peers and seniors to forge a marketing career for the future. Therefore, minimal experience of 1-2 years is ideal, but recent graduates with a tenacious and determined attitude will also be considered.
