Emirati Navigational Services Manager up to 31K AED for a Maritime Company in Dubai
• Experience in conducting inspection on vessels engaged on international voyages as Port State Control (PSC) Inspector
• Basic knowledge of all types of marine vessels
• Professionally identify any lapses or deficiencies in the craft inspections operation or which may constitute a hazard to the passengers
• Expertise in public management, administrative supports, coordination with government and semi-government organizations
• Experience in fault-identification, survey & inspections, maintenance procedures and process of rectification of identified deficiencies are essentials

Requirements

• Open to Emirati nationals
• Male/Female, between 30 to 45 years old
• Must have a Master’s Certificate of Competency or other academic certification from any IMO signatories or equivalent
• Minimum 2 year of experience at sea, with a minimum of 1 year of experience on vessels engaged on international voyages
• At least 2 years of experience with Maritime Administration or any similar maritime organization
• Experience in conducting inspection on vessels engaged on international voyages as Port State Control (PSC) Inspector
• Basic knowledge of all types of marine vessels
• Professionally identify any lapses or deficiencies in the craft inspections operation or which may constitute a hazard to the passengers
• Expertise in public management, administrative supports, coordination with government and semi-government organizations
• Experience in fault-identification, survey & inspections, maintenance procedures and process of rectification of identified deficiencies are essentials
• Excellent administrative skills
