This VIP client is an inspiration like no other and expects high standards from their team. The role of Receptionist & Administrator requires native Emirati Arabic speakers whom are able to read and write Arabic, alongside perfect English language skills.
Operating a busy reception area you will possess a professional outlook and telephone manner and be extremely courteous at all times. The calls will be general enquires, through to those from VIPs and as such every call requires extremely high standards of customer care. Messages must be taken efficiently via a recording log with the name of the caller, time and the query to ensure a consistent approach. You will also be expected to follow up messages in a timely manner. Guests and visitors are frequently attending the location, so the candidate is also required to announce them to the relevant person via telephone and direct them to the correct department. The role will also require administrative and secretarial tasks such as assisting with travel bookings, incoming and outgoing post, organisation of couriers and typing of documents and memos.
The ideal candidate with have at least 2 years’ experience of dealing with VIPs and possess a corporate reception and administrative background. Those with high standards and the ability to work autonomously are required and it is expected that you will be well groomed and professional with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent Arabic and English language skills (spoken, reading and writing) are essential to this role. Please note only Emirati candidates are required.
