Emiratisation Manager - UAE National

Job description / Role

This opportunity is with a well-known private company in Abu Dhabi.

The role as Emiratisation Manager will mainly support implementation of the overall Group Emiratisation strategy. This is in accordance with the organizations’ overall goals and objectives. You will further coordinate with business unit‘s line managers. It is your job to ensure that relationships are developed and maintained with all local Government bodies supporting Emiratisation so relationships can be leveraged to the advantage of the organization. Furthermore, you will develop specific orientation and development programs.

Requirements

To be successful, you should have at least 7 years experience specifically in Human Resources. With regards to people development, you should have a strong background. You should be analytical. You should possess effective communication skills too. You should be able to prepare performance evaluation and appraisal reports of direct reports to assess subordinates productivity and progress. With relevance to that, you should have experience in providing inputs to the relevant Training Manager and Emiratisation trainer to develop specific orientation and development programs.
