This job opportunity is with a Large Semi-Government Company based in Dubai, UAE.
As an Emiratization Manager, you would be responsible for implementing human resource management practices that facilitate strategies in the recruitment, development, and retention of UAE National human capital. You will be managing complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally. You would ensure that all HR Issues relating to the employment of UAE Nationals are raised & brought to the fore and discussed with the management. Design & execute HR strategy to establish awareness, build commitment to personal development across the employees.
Requirements
To be successful you would ideally possess 6+ years of experience in strategic HR, culture transformation and change management. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent is a must.
