Job description / Role
This is a position focusing solely on the wellbeing off all employees within a global organisation. They encourage engagement, diversity, equality and inclusion and the role of the Engagement Specialist will be vital in developing this agenda further and will report into the Divisional Manager.
You will oversee the existing new hire and transfer experience by assisting new joiners to integrate well and build affiliations within their teams and the wider organisation. There will be opportunities for the successful candidate to create new processes and streamline existing ones, boosted by delivering and evaluating employee surveys, well-being metrics and KPIs. There are constant training and career development cohorts happening within the region and your role is to be aware of all the employee’s progress and ensure the environment fosters a spirit of positive workplace culture and behaviors. You will also support additional programmes that will assist those with mental and physical health issues. You will therefore work very closely with the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion teams to provide administrative support and contribute to management of the events covering this topic. This will also involve working with 3rd party providers to execute the same.
Requirements
It is expected that the successful applicant will possess strong communication skills and be able to deal with a range of topics in a confidential and sensitive matter. Additionally, you will support the drive for engagement via analytical analysis to monitor key metrics. Degree educated and with 3-5 years in a similar DE&I or employee engagement role, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader in this particular area of HR.
