Managing a large team this role will look after the full Employee Relations Spectrum, including the strategy, structure and managing the HR services function

* Training and coaching on Employee Relations topics
* Ensure compliance within the HR Department
* Manage all HR Planning, Performance management, Employee Welfare, Sickness, Redeployment

Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years experience within a Senior Employee relations focused role
* Bachelor degree qualified
* Strong UAE experience
* Experience managing a large HR functions (1000+ employees)
* Experience working within a leading multinational
* CIPD qualified - Preferred
