Employee Relations (Team Building Specialist)

Job description / Role

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Employee Relations (Team Building Specialist) to join our Parking Management team in the UAE. This role focuses on fostering a positive workplace culture by strengthening team cohesion and enhancing employee engagement through innovative team-building initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective team-building programs tailored to the unique needs of our parking management staff.
- Facilitate workshops and activities that promote collaboration, communication, and trust among employees.
- Act as a liaison between management and staff to address workplace concerns and improve employee relations.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of team-building efforts, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop strategies that boost morale and reduce employee turnover.
- Organize regular events and initiatives that celebrate team achievements and milestones.
- Provide training and support to supervisors on conflict resolution and team dynamics.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in employee relations, team building, or organizational development, preferably within the service or management industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution expertise.
- Creative thinker with a passion for fostering positive workplace environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Familiarity with the UAE labor laws and cultural workplace norms is desirable.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
