Employment: Full Time

MENA Employer Branding Supervising Associate

- Design, develop and execute employer branding campaigns to maximize the company's brand as an employer of choice
- Manage Most Favorable Employer surveys (example: Universum)
- Manage all EY social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Design and develop recruitment marketing collateral i.e. brochures
- Manage the careers pages on the EY MENA website

Requirements

- Past experience in an Employer Branding role
- Strong knowledge and past experience in producing recruitment collateral and marketing campaigns, including the importance of brand experience and consistency
- Strong knowledge of social media channels and digital activation of professional content. This includes targeting and paid promotion (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and corporate website management)
- Experience in managing ‘Most Favorable Employer’ surveys (i.e. Universum)
- Nationalization – experience in developing campaigns to raise brand awareness and attract Nationals
- Sound understanding of the latest market trends, techniques and methods in talent attraction and digital media
- Eye for design - Graphic design experience preferred
- Previous experience in managing job boards
- Analytical mindset
- Creative with a proven ability to generate new ideas and concepts
- Considers themselves a ‘storyteller’ who possess outstanding communication and influencing skills
- Team player with a proven ability of working across borders
- Ability to build and manage ‘virtual’ relationships
- Meticulous attention to detail and project/campaign management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Proactive, can-do attitude and a desire to learn
- Fluency in English (Arabic desirable)
- Solid skills in copy writing and editing content
- Persuasive, positive and passionate about Employer Branding
