Job description / Role

• Register the labor complaints & follow up with the parties
• Respond to queries/emails, and other admin tasks
• Provide guidance on employments matters based on the UAE Federal Labor Law & DCCA Employment Regulations to the employees and employers registered under DCCA
• Act as a mediator for labor disputes between the business partners under the Authority and their employees in case of a registered complaint
• Prepare Minutes of meeting and all the necessary documents to the Courts in case the dispute has not been resolved
• Any Ad Hoc work as required from time to time.

Requirements

• Exposure to HR policies within UAE/ Dubai
• Knowledge and experienced in calculation of employee gratuity in alignment with labor law, and or end of service
• 1-2 years exposure to employment disputes/ or cases
• Strong mediation and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Law or HR
