Job description / Role

A well-established medical clinic in Dubai is seeking an experienced Endocrinologist to provide specialized care for hormonal and metabolic disorders. This is a commission-based role, offering up to 80% earning potential based on patient base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid issues, obesity, and metabolic conditions.
• Create individualized treatment and long-term management plans.
• Collaborate with other specialists for multi-disciplinary care.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in endocrinology and apply evidence-based practices.
• Build and sustain a strong patient following through professional service.

• DHA license/eligibility as an Endocrinologist.
• At least 3–5 years of post-specialization clinical experience.
• Proven expertise in managing diabetes and other hormonal disorders.
• Excellent diagnostic and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain a patient base in Dubai.
• Comfortable working on a commission model with high earning potential.
