Energy Engineer

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a sustainable energy business who is looking to hire an Energy Engineer with CEM accreditation to join its team.

You will be responsible for reviewing and verifying technical merits of customer energy efficiency applications including calculation of energy savings and verification of equipment specifications. You will also be responsible for customer site inspections to verify the installation of energy equipment and interact with customers to address questions and concerns about installed equipment and provide information. In addition, you will answer database queries and program data analysis as well as educate contractors about the programs.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be Degree educated in a relevant engineering discipline and have a minimum of 3 years engineering experience with proven experience in energy efficiency. You should be CEM accredited & CMVP would be advantageous. You should also be fluent in written and spoken English. Arabic is not essential.
