- Mentor helps organizations to develop their organizational and human resources infrastructure by creating a talented and committed workforce through skill-based enhancement programs that suit their specific requirements.
- From strategy through implementation, our holistic and integrated approach has achieved success in delivering quantifiable and value-driven results.
- We are seeking to hire motivated person who has experience in management consultant company before with passion toward a career in Management Consulting.
- The areas of practice will be around Strategy, Organizational and People Development. Type of engagements will include Strategy Development, Business Planning, Market Research, Organizational Structuring, Operating Procedures Development, Change Management, Excellence and Quality Management, Human Capital and Talent Management Solutions.
- Candidates will gain exposure to the management consulting practice and gain insight on various business models and organizational dynamics through been exposed to various clients through our engagements.

Requirements

- The ideal candidate should have strong Business Acumen, Learning Agility, Organizational Agility, Intellectual Horsepower, Creativity, Perspective and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- On the personal level, he/she should have strong drive for Personal Learning and Self Development, good researcher and able to present his/her ideas in a strong visual and clear manner.
- Moreover, the candidate should be technology savvy and has basic understanding of IT application development .
