Job Description
Supervise installation and commissioning of mobile base stations (BTS / NodeB / eNodeB / gNodeB).
Perform integration and on-air activities with core / backhaul networks.
Conduct site acceptance tests and generate reports (PAT, FAT, SAT).
Ensure compliance with technical specifications and health & safety standards.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues on-site.
Coordinate with RF, transmission, and optimization teams during site rollout.
Maintain accurate site documentation, logs, and drawings.
Provide technical support to subcontractors and ensure timely project delivery.
