Job description / Role
Work within a Global Security Operations Center (SOC) to implement, configure and operate multi-vendor technologies such as Firewalls, IPS, SIEM, Antimalware and DDoS mitigation to protect services across dispersed customer networks.
Apply network security best practices to ensure managed security services are delivered per agreed service level agreements.
Provide technical support to GSOC Level 1. Responsible for advanced incident and problem handling of unclassified suspicious events originating from various sources.
Apply standards best practice processes and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
Requirements
BSc in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer/Software Engineering.
Linux Systems Administration, CISSP, CCSP, GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH)
IBM QRadar Specialist, Arbor DDoS Specialist, FireEye APT specialist, Cyber Security Expert
8-10 years field of experience
