Engineer - Stakeholder Management

Main Purpose of the Job:

Mott MacDonald is looking for a Stakeholder and NOC Engineer to support the project management team in obtaining approvals and NOCs from government authorities in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

* Ensure permits are well-monitored entirety of the project and NOCs are obtained in a timely manner to avoid any potential delays to the project
* Liaise with stakeholders, including government agencies to obtain the required approvals for the of the projects
* Proactively contribute to stakeholder engagement and activities for the different teams' deliverables concurrently
* Responsible for maintaining long-term, positive relationships with stakeholders by ensuring compliance to their requirements
* Prepare and maintain stakeholder reports/dashboards, trackers, and registers to share with the project management team, including Project Principal
* Report any interface issues to the Project Manager/Resident Engineer

Requirements

Essential Candidate Requirements:

* Degree qualified from an internally recognised university; engineering disciplines will be advantageous
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
* Demonstrable track record in managing multiple stakeholders and obtaining permits and NOCs
* Knowledge of acquisition processes and timelines to assist
