Job description / Role
Guildhall is expanding its Career Counselling service due to high demand. We are looking for sector specialists in the Engineering fields to be able to help provide sector specialist career support.
Guildhall is one of the leading HR consultancies in the GCC and as such we see a large number of requests for career support. Our innovating online platform along with our membership platform VAULT, supports hundreds of people looking for sector specialist career guidance. We are looking for specialists who are passionate about their industry as well as coaching, mentoring and training others.
This will be an AdHoc/Freelance position that will provide you with an attractive supplementary income. The more bookings you take the more you will earn.
Requirements
In order to be successful in this position you need to be able to demonstrate the following expertise and experience:
- University educated in Engineering (Civil, Petroleum, Electro/Mechanical, Chemical or equivalent)
- 10+ years experience in your field
- Fluent in English, Arabic or Hindi
- Experienced with training, coaching or mentoring
- Experienced in the UAE
