Engineering Executive

Job description / Role

The role of Eng. Ex is communicating with Section Foreman about driver vehicle repair needs and relaying information to the Service Technicians. Duties include helping them determine repairs and relevant costs, maintaining up-to-date knowledge about the range of services and update about vehicle’s repair status. Additionally, it involves collaborating with the STS/BBT operation team, Service delivery executive & Foreman to ensure the seamless functioning of the transport operation.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Effective customer service skills to address customer complaints and queries.
• Critical thinking, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills for successful job performance.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office and advanced Excel.
• Professional expertise in business reporting and presentation skills.

Essential Experiences:
• Minimum of five years of experience in a Service Engineer role within a large organisation.
• Sufficient experience in the automotive industry.
• A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry
• The ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and Foreman’s.
• Quality customer service knowledge.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
