You need to collaborate with various in power and automation that enables utility, industry, and cross-functional teams, suppliers and customers.
You will transport & infrastructure customers to improve their work in the global projects/tenders with possibility to many performance while lowering environmental impact.
You will be a part of a Group of companies that operates in roughly in 100 countries and of local management and act as a “sounding board” within employs about 135,000 people. the organization.
Analysis and risk management will also be among your tasks. You will in many ways be the person at the center of things. Your leadership skills will be required to make your group success in every direction.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering with 12-15 years of Experience in Engineering & Commissioning of Power system Projects.
- Sufficient experience in Managing / Leading Engineering Teams with on Strategic & operational planning and process development.
- Good level of Leadership Qualities (Strategic Orientation, Teamwork and Collaboration, People Development, Personal Leadership & Change Leadership).
