Job description / Role
• Proactively develop professional relationships with customers relating to our systems and services.
• Preparation of the technical and commercial sections of tenders.
• Develop and grow the engineering capability of the region.
• Champion our emerging technology by developing applications and implementing them for customers.
• Develop short and long-term business plans.
• Be accountable for the commercial and technical performance of all projects.
• Ensure the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Continuously identify, measure, create, follow and improve applicable processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• B.S.E.E.
• Post graduate business diploma or degree
• Experienced engineer in the utility or industrial environment
• Experience in managing technical and non-technical personnel
• Demonstrated record of project management skills and the ability to lead a technical team
• Excellent technical training
• Willing to travel 40%
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
• Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
• Experience in EPC business
