Job description / Role
I am currently recruiting for an Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering function within the Buildings Sector. The successful candidate will be someone with exceptional technical skills, leadership, strong communication and business acumen who will help set the vision for how we develop our technical talent and execute our work within the MENA Region for Buildings.
The Engineering Manager is an office based position (covering the MIddle East region) that is expected to provide leadership to all Building Services Engineering staff. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the building service lines, and the various competencies required for each discipline.
Requirements
- Excellent command of English: spoken and written
- Minimum of 15 years experience in a similar role/industry
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the Middle East with Middle East clients
- Candidate must have a Heavy Civils background, preferably with a Civil Engineering Degree.
- Project Management experience is a must. PMP is a plus.
- Reasonable knowledge of infrastructure and structural disciplines.
- Strong leadership skills with proven track record.
