Engineering Manager

Job description / Role

- Lead and manage engineering teams across planning, design, and execution stages for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Oversee technical delivery and ensure engineering standards, reporting directly to the Operations Director while driving continuous improvement across projects.
- Provide senior-level technical leadership as an Engineering Manager/Senior Technical Manager for major infrastructure works, ensuring compliance, coordination, and successful project execution.

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience working for a Main Contractor in the GCC, preferably within the UAE.
- Comprehensive understanding of all phases of marine infrastructure delivery, including piling, structural works, and finishing, with the ability to oversee and coordinate across all disciplines.

Salary:
AED 55,000 to 65,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
