Job Description

Engineering Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Engineering Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our engineering team. The ideal candidate will ensure the proper maintenance, safety, and efficiency of all facilities while leading a team of engineers and technicians.

What you will be doing:

• Supervise and coordinate the engineering team in maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems operate efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions.
• Monitor energy consumption and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain records of maintenance work and prepare reports.
• Train and guide engineering team members to enhance skills and productivity.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on maintaining a seamless guest experience.
• Proven experience in engineering, maintenance, or facility management, preferably in a hospitality or high-paced operational environment.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting while ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills to coordinate with colleagues and other departments effectively.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor, ensuring clear interaction with team members, guests, and management.
• Technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, with a problem-solving approach.
