Bright Learners Private School is seeking a dynamic and passionate English language teacher to join our growing team for the upcoming semester of the AY 2025-2026. Position: English language teacher (Upper elementary & middle school)
Start date: January, 2026
Location: Dubai, UAE

The role

We are looking for a committed educator who can inspire and challenge students in their English learning journey. The successful candidate will be able to deliver engaging and rigorous lessons aligned with the Massachusetts Common Core State Standards, while supporting the diverse learning needs of our students.

Key responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in English Language Arts.

Use a range of instructional strategies to support differentiated learning.

Assess and monitor student progress to inform instruction.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.

Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the schoolu2019s literacy vision.

Requirements

Bacheloru2019s degree in education or a relevant field (Masteru2019s preferred).

Teaching qualification/license.

Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an American curriculum school.

Strong knowledge of literacy instruction and differentiation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
