Enrollment Advisor

Job description / Role

This role is an integral part of the student enrollment function for this very high esteemed European Headquartered Educational institute. This is a super friendly and professional organisation with a lovely team here in Dubai. Ensuring the prospective students are properly nurtured throughout the enrollment process the principal objective of the role is to proactively advise students on the programs either in person or over the phone and guide them through the enrollment process. You will support the whole admission process and be an active contributor to the Marketing & Communications Campaigns. You will be responsible for administration including database management and operations of Student enrollment.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a friendly, flexible and efficient approach. You will have the confidence to promote the establishment accordingly whilst providing top level administration support. Knowledge of student recruitment and admissions is desirable but not essential but you will possess knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional sales and have a strong commitment to quality and personal development. Enthusiasm and drive is a must and whilst Arabic is desirable it is not essential.
