The role

The Enrolment and Student Recruitment Officer is responsible for driving student enrolment through proactively processing admissions and comprehensive student recruitment initiatives. This sales-focused role involves actively capturing leads, nurturing relationships with prospective families, managing the complete enrolment process including registration compliance, and conducting strategic community outreach to build effective partnerships and increase student enrollment.

Key responsibilities

Enrolment:

• Proactively capture prospective students by nurturing leads through consistent communication, effectively addressing inquiries and guiding families through the admissions process.
• Coordinate and lead engaging school tours, effectively presenting school offerings and converting interest into completed applications.
• Manage the registration process, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with Ministry of Education (MOE) and Department of Knowledge (DOK) requirements, and timely completion of records.
• Issue necessary letters, confirmations, and student reports as requested by families and regulatory bodies.
• Manage the current student re-enrolment and coordinate with the school leadership.
• Operate as a case officer to assigned parents for new and current families and cater for all their enrolment support.

Student recruitment:

• Proactively participate in student recruitment events hosted by the school in the evening and weekend.
• Regularly visit local nurseries, preschools, and community organizations to cultivate relationships and recruit prospective students.
• Maintain an active relationship with the schoolu2019s strategic partner and external stakeholders to enhance student recruitment effectiveness.
• Deliver persuasive and informative presentations to varied audiences, clearly highlighting the school's unique benefits and educational offerings to potential students and families.

The candidate must have:

• Bacheloru2019s degree or other equivalent degree.
• Minimum 2 yearsu2019 experience in a similar role at an educational institute.
