Enterprise Risk Management Manager up to 65k For A Leading Financial Services Company in Abu Dhabi

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Conduct annual reviews of the risk policy statement and risk management processes including annual review of risk profile of the company
• Develop policies and procedures to identify, assess, mitigate, monitor and report risks as part of the risk management framework.
• Plan and monitor the execution of initiatives to create risk awareness
• Review the enterprise wide risk register and key risk indicators instituted for the purpose of continuous monitoring
• Facilitate Risk Assessments with Risk Champions or Head of Departments to evaluate the department level risk and controls. Coordinate the development of remediation plans (as applicable) in line with the risk management framework
• Review the risk management annual plan, regularly monitor the implementation to ensure adherence
• Review and ensure timely availability of periodic reports for audit and risk committee on the status of key risks and the status of management's implementation of mitigation plans

Requirements

• WORK LOCATION: Abu Dhabi, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1-month)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationality, UAE nationals will be preferred
• Male or Female, 45 years old and below

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration or any related course
• Master’s Degree in the same discipline will be preferred
• With a minimum of 9 years of experience including 2 years of managing similar function, banking and finance industry experience will be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in Risk Management/Risk Assessment and managing an Enterprise Risk Management team
• With professional certification from a recognized body (IRM, PRM, CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
• Professional continuity certification from CBCP, CBCI, ISO22301, BS25999 will be an added advantage
• Advanced level of Arabic / English proficiency, both spoken and written
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office and Account Operating Systems
• Strong understanding of the UAE Laws and Regulations
