Job description / Role
Our Internship:
As the Business Administrator you will be a key player in our Enterprise Solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the delivery of administration, Data Entry and conducting market research to support the Associate Strategic Accounts Director.
In this role you will be required to:
• Lead Generation: Use various tools and techniques to research and identify potential leads that align with the company’s target market
• Outreach: Implement outreach strategies, including cold calling, emailing, and social media messaging, to engage potential clients
• Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings with prospective clients for sales presentations, ensuring the sales team’s calendar is efficiently managed
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all leads and interactions in the CRM system; analyze and report on lead conversion rates and other metrics
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation and outreach strategies based on market feedback
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand industry trends that can impact lead generation activities
Requirements:
What you’ll need to succeed:
• Attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace
• Excellent knowledge of English Language (written and spoken)
• High level of customer service skills, good telephone manner
• Competent user of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
