Description

* Develop and execute sourcing strategies for packaging formats, consumables, and raw materials.
* Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers aligned with quality and cost objectives.
* Negotiate commercial terms, manage procurement cycles, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
* Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to align sourcing decisions with operational plans.
* Stay informed on market trends, legislation, and supply chain risks to support proactive decision-making.
* Contribute to innovation by sourcing new materials and technologies for product development.
* Support expansion into third-party sourcing services and help build scalable models for external customers.

* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
