Position Title: Equity Partner (Litigation)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: depending on experience and qualifications plus commission
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the client:
The client is a group of company handling diversified brands under Retail Industry.
Job Role:
• Fully responsible in the litigation department
• Works with Managing Partner in selecting employees under the department
• Carry’s all expenses and salaries from the clients on board
• Represents international clients and high net worth individuals in local and cross-border disputes in the GCC or across the MENA region
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Any nationals
• Male, 55 years old and below
• Bachelor’s in Law or any relevant field
• Minimum 7 to 15 years of experience in the UAE
• Must have experience in dealing federal and local courts
• Experience in commercial, banking, Islamic finance litigation, white collar crime and employment matter is a must
• Must have experience in representing international clients and high net worth individuals in local and cross-border disputes wither in the GCC or across the MENA region
• Bilingual speaker is required
