ERP Analyst

Job description / Role

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for L1 Support of the business units on D365 with focus on Finance, Supply Chain, Production, Commerce & Retail
- Responsible for execution of all tasks related D365 on the support, maintenance and documentation involving D365 in liaison with D365 Implementation & Support partners
- Responsible to support & perform system enhancements, platform upgrades
- Responsible for support & design on plugin implementations & integrations, new solution design, unit testing including user acceptance testing
- Strong knowledge on Power Automate & Power Apps
- Maintain, enhance, and optimize Azure data warehouse including ability on report development on Power BI backed with DAX
- Maintain, enhance, and optimize data entities, data exports and batch jobs
- Liaise with business units and understand business processes and ensure these are correctly mapped with the system

Salary:
AED 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Experience:
- UAE Nationals
- Hold +4 years of experience within D365
- Should have completed at least 2-3 Dynamics 365 implementation life cycles
- Strong Expertise in WMS
- Specialization & Certification in one/more modules related to Finance, Supply Chain, Production, Manufacturing
- Functional knowledge of related infrastructure and security
- Demonstrated project management skills including Agile
- Demonstrated approach to SDLC

Education:
- B.S. in Computer Science or related field
- Dynamics 365 Certification in relevant modules
- Fluent in English

Other skills:
- Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics F&O D365 - Finance and Trade & Logistics
- Experience of developing customized solutions to complex business problems
- Strong working knowledge of business processes
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- A logical approach to problem solving and change into operational systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Project management
