ERP Implementer

Job description / Role

We are seeking a skilled ERP Implementer to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The successful candidate will play a Managerial, in-charge, pivotal role in deploying and implementing the ERP solution to streamline our business operations, ensuring seamless integration and high user adoption across departments.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the implementation of ERP systems from planning through to deployment and post-launch support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and tailor ERP solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Configure and customize ERP software modules based on detailed requirements and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to end-users to facilitate smooth transition and effective utilization of the ERP system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues arising during and after the ERP implementation phase.
- Work closely with vendors and IT teams to maintain system integrity and implement upgrades or patches as needed.
- Document implementation processes, user manuals, and technical procedures to support ongoing maintenance and training.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how ERP solutions can optimize them.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work onsite in the UAE and travel as required for project deployment.
