ERP Programmer

Job description / Role

• Plan and organize required training and knowledge transfer for end users.
• Administer user access on AX.
• Customize new access on AX based on new requirement.
• Troubleshoot daily issues encountered by various departments, based on clear steps received.
• Monitor server storage growth and take action to avoid service stoppage.
• Install needed windows updates on various AX servers.
• Install AX client for new users and PCs/laptops.
• Develop AX reports based on SSRS.
• Administer attendance system and its integration with AX.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

This position function is to support the daily operations of various Organization department related to AX, which involves troubleshooting, knowledge transfer, and performing support and maintenance for AX Back-end environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related field with minimum 2 years of experience working similar domain for supporting ERP and related Business applications
• Professional and/or training certificates are a considered a plus.
• Working knowledge in Microsoft dynamics AX.
• Familiarity with Windows server environments.
• Intermediate experience and knowledge in business functions of finance/SCM/HR/Payroll.
• Fluency in English communication skills in both oral and written.
• Interpersonal and customer service skill.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formats.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
