- Providing machine consultations Effectively and supervising the development and improvement of financial systems, improving the efficiency of financial operations, implementing modern technologies and financial legislation, and ensuring compliance with standards.

Job Description

- Conduct consultation sessions to determine how financial applications and payment gateways can meet the needs of financial stakeholders and ensure that they benefit from them. Stakeholders' understanding of the applications
- Providing consultations and supervision on the development and improvement of financial systems, to improve the efficiency of financial operations, and to ensure compatibility with financial standards and legislation.
- Proposing solutions for financial applications and operations based on the nature of the financial needs and requirements of the concerned parties.
- Implementing periodic audits to ensure that government departments adhere to policies and procedures for using systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of financial applications to ensure their compliance with central financial policies and laws.
- Searching for new technologies and innovations that can be applied to improve financial resource systems.
- Study and analyze requests submitted for amendments to financial systems and applications, in addition to determining the nature of the required amendments and examining their financial and technical impact.
- Preparing a specialized usage guide for financial systems and applications and distributing it to those concerned in government agencies .
- Develop a comprehensive plan for business continuity and disaster recovery related to financial systems and applications, ensure their readiness, and verify their effectiveness.
- Ensure that all problems related to the process of migrating financial data to and from the unified financial system are addressed appropriately.
- Review the request to create a new user and the proposed powers and ensure their suitability.
- Review and update the detailed plan for the portal development process in coordination with partners and relevant authorities.

Requirements:

- Providing support and advice in completing operational activities in order to achieve the targets set in the indicators for measuring the department's operational performance.
- Participate in identifying the department's strengths and weaknesses, in addition to identifying the department's threats and opportunities.
- Participate in setting its own operational goals in line with the department's operational goals and the department's strategic goals.
- Determine his training needs in accordance with his duties and responsibilities and the results of his performance indicators and to ensure continuous training and professional development
- Participate in analyzing the department's work to identify critical activities and develop a plan for worker continuity.
- Participate in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating risks related to the department's work, and submit proposals and recommendations to its management, approved by the department director. Participate in implementing responses
- Carrying out any other tasks assigned to him that fall within his field of competence.
- Preparing periodic reports on all operations carried out in the financial systems and submitting them to the Director of the Financial Applications Department.
- Verifying that resource systems comply with all legal standards and legislation of the department.
- Participate in preparing plans for the smart transformation of programs and projects related to developing and improving the central financial systems.
- Providing technical consultations to government departments on better use of financial applications.
- Organizing and supervising the maintenance of financial applications and data to ensure their continuity of operation.
- Develop preparedness scenarios to deal with data loss cases.
- Review and audit recommendations and improvement initiatives related to the conduct of operations of the financial systems.
- Reviewing periodic reports on all operations carried out in the financial systems, ensuring the appropriateness of the recommendations.
- Auditing the electronic connection between the targeted entities, which clarifies the technical and procedural steps necessary to achieve integration between the systems.
