Estimating Manager - Major Civils - Dubai

Client is arguably the most recognised contractor throughout the UAE that and very well respected the Middle East, having been established there for over 50 years. Due to recent award of some large scale projects they are now looking to once again grow their team and are therefore looking for a proven Estimating Manager. They will typically only ever be involved in tendering for the largest projects currently happening within Civil Engineering throughout the Middle East (Highway / Maintenance / Infrastructure / Roads / Rail / Utilities).

Currently working with a client in order to identify an experienced Estimating Manager to join them in their Dubai office.

The business is a contractor involved in complex infrastructure projects within Dubai and you will have exposure at project levels. Recently they have experienced exceptional growth due to the award of several major projects and are looking to strengthen the corporate structure.

Package:
• Negotiable salary (made up of basic salary and housing allowance) dependant on experience
• Family status (Medical / Flights)
• Schooling allowance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, construction management or relevant discipline is essential
• A minimum of 15 years' experience with at least 5 years leading tenders related to infrastructure, and civil projects.
• At least 2 years at Department Managerial level
• UAE experience with expertise in Infrastructure Tenders is required
• Fluent in English; Arabic would be an added advantage.
