Position Title: Estimation Engineer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
A well-known interior design and construction services provider in the UAE.

Job Description:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior and fit-out projects, including materials, labor, and overheads.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications to identify project requirements and scope.
• Conduct market research to gather pricing information for materials and services to ensure competitive estimates.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and clients to clarify requirements and present estimates effectively.
• Assist in preparing bids and tender submissions, ensuring compliance with client specifications and deadlines.

• Open to Indian and Filipino nationalities
• Male, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or any related field
• At least 3 years of UAE experience in the similar role from Interior Design/Construction Services industry
