Job description / Role
Position Title: Estimation Engineer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
An established fit-out service provider and contracting firm to the F&B and hospitality industry in UAE.
Job Description:
• Analyze tender documents and collaborate with departments (Design, Technical, Procurement, Finance) to gather necessary project details.
• Perform quantity take-offs, prepare RFIs, and attend pre- and post-tender clarification meetings.
• Request quotes from suppliers/subcontractors, review pricing, and prepare cost comparison sheets.
• Develop cost estimates, Bill of Quantities, and final pricing, including value engineering (VE) options for client proposals.
• Upon contract award, hand over tender documents and brief the post-contract team on scope and key considerations.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Male, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 5 years of UAE experience in the similar role from interior fitout industry with hotel and restaurant projects
