Estimation Engineer - Fire Fighting System

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to read two-dimensional drawings, AutoCAD/PDF format.
• Knowledge in fire protection systems such as sprinkler systems, firefighting systems, and FM200 systems. Fire alarm voice evacuation emergency light. Awareness of NFPA codes and UAE Fire and Life Safety Codes.
• Awareness of Civil Defense requirements is preferred.
• Review of tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Contact the client for missing details in inputs provided on an immediate basis.
• Coordinating the design/technical implications with the concerned person in order to prepare a convincing quotation.
• Preparation of bill of quantities of equipment and price for installation labor charges.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Fire Protection Engineering, ensuring a strong technical foundation.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire protection system estimation, demonstrating comprehensive industry knowledge.
• Experience in commercial or industrial projects, highlighting the ability to handle diverse estimation challenges.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other estimation software, essential for precise design and planning.
