Estimation Manager

Job Description:
• Analyze drawings, conduct site visits, and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with detailed specifications, ensuring all project aspects are considered.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates by analyzing labor, materials, and time requirements using estimation tools and models.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to gather pricing for various project elements and integrate these into the overall project cost.
• Compile and present detailed cost estimates, along with special reports, to the executive team, providing insights into project trends and costs.
• Lead the estimation team, improve estimation processes, and ensure timely and accurate project costings.

Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 18K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications:
• Male, 45 years old and below
• At least 5 years of experience in interior fit-out
• Valid UAE driver's license and car is an advantage
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
