Job description / Role
The TSA Group has been instructed to search, select and secure the services of a strong GCC based candidate for this very lucrative role. This role will report directly to the Commercial Manager with a key responsibility to plan and ensure accurate and competitive tender submissions are made on time as per the direction and guidance of Commercial Manager
Key Accountabilities:
- As part of Estimation team, participate in creative discussions leading to optimal development
- Participate in tender document evaluation and responsible for the preparation of cost estimates of large and medium tenders
- Participate in Pre-tender meetings and site visits
- Use analytical skills to conduct appropriate review of large tender documents and ensure own works are successfully delivered
- Ensure support documentation are available and data recovery can be done as and when required
- Be familiar with, contribute and be able to fulfil the requirements related to the various joinery / fit-out detail
- Assist in the development of Estimating models, tools and best practices
Requirements
- Estimation Manager - MEP
- BSc Degree in Engineering
- Excellent English - Written & Verbal
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrcial / Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Metals/Steel - 3 years site experience is a minimum.
- Computer Literacy including MS Office.
- Leadership Qualities, positive work ethics and attitude.
