Job description / Role
Job Purpose
Reporting to the Commercial Manager and seeking guidance from the Senior Estimator, the Estimator will be responsible for preparing full quantity take off, cost analysis and preparation of Estimation for the Tenders which the company will participate in.
Principal Accountabilities
• To Read and study tender drawings and specifications.
• To perform quantities take-off using tender drawings.
• To coordinate with the Technical department to know what system to be used.
• To check and prepare bill of quantity as per tender drawings.
• To prepare panel analysis, derivation of units rates.
• To prepare material budget breakdown.
• To enquire prices/ quotation to the suppliers related to commercial department.
• To make sure that all of REA’s HSEP & QA guidelines are adhered to.
• Coordinate with other department (logistic, planning, glass, purchase)
Requirements
Education/Qualification:
• Bachelor's in Engineering (Any Discipline)
• Certificate in Cost Estimation
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Aluminum Estimation
Knowledge & Skills:
• AutoCAD
• Excel CS
Nationality: Any
