EUROPEAN ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER up to 15K AED for a Major FnB Operator in UAE
- Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
- Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
- Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
Requirements
- Open to EUROPEAN candidates
- Male or Female, below 35 years old only
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or any related course
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant role
- Strong exposure in STEAKHOUSE concept
- Must be knowledgeable on P&L
- Open to candidates without UAE experience but has experience on Steakhouse on home country
- Proven leadership and customer service skills
- Ability to comply with all Food and Beverage brand standards
- Demonstrates team management, delegation and issue resolution skills and the ability to multi-task
Salary offer is up to 15,000 AED full package depending on experience and qualifications
