European Executive Chef for a Casual Dining Restaurant in Dubai
• European candidates preferred
• Male/Female, 30 – 38 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Culinary Arts
• Minimum 7 years of experience as Chef de Cuisine/Executive Chef in F&B Industry
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Requirements
• Young, creative and active on Social Media
• Expert in International cuisine is required
• Detailed knowledge of purchasing, ordering, receiving, food costing and inventory
• Experienced in handling different outlets
• Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
• Can create unique menus
• Can join immediately or max 1 month notice
