Job description / Role
European Female Executive Pastry Chef up to 23K AED for a Leading Hospitality Group in Dubai
• Oversees the preparation of desserts and the baking of breads in a commercial kitchen
• She develops dessert recipes and maintains an inventory of ingredients, while striving to achieve cost-efficiency for the restaurant
Requirements
• Open to EUROPEAN candidates
• Female, 40 years old and below
• Degree holder in Pastry or any relevant training
• At least 3 years of experience in the same role, preferably from a 4/5-star Hotels/FnB outlets
• Direct and administer the planning, preparation and production control of pastry section
• In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques
• Creative and innovative in menu development
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a multi-cultural team
• Excellent communication (oral and verbal) skills
• Can join immediately (max 1 month)
• Work location: Dubai, UAE
• Salary up to 23,000 AED full package depending on experience and qualifications
