European / French Speaking Host/Cashier Up To 4.4k Aed For An Fnb Holding Group In Abu Dhabi

• Upscale famous Western Brand is coming to Abu Dhabi opening 5 outlets. The group was founded in the early 1900 with over billion euro turn over supported by successful French management.
• In fact, the Western management team will be managing the team by applying western system and tools.
• Selected candidates shall be responsible to greet and assist customers to their tables
• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
• Collect payments whether in cash or credit
• Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
• Redeem stamps and coupons
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
• Provide excellent customer service to guests

Requirements

• POSITION: Host / Cashier reporting to Western Management
• SALARY: up to 4,000 AED basic depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation and 400 AED allowance
• HIRING COMPANY: FnB Holding Group
• WORK LOCATION: Abu Dhabi
• AVAILABILITY: Can join by December 2019
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time / offers will be given urgently

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any EUROPEAN or FRENCH SPEAKING nationals
• Male/Female, 30 years old and below

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Diploma in High School or any related certification; food safety training is a plus
• Minimum 1 year of similar work experience in hospitality industry or any stand-alone restaurant/outlet
• Experience from a fine dining restaurant, casual dining or high end bar will be preferred
• Basic math skills; attentiveness and patience for customers
• Excellent customer service skills and multi-tasking skills
• Passion for providing extraordinary service
• Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive
