European Restaurant Manager up to 15k Aed for a Healthy Concept Restaurant in Dubai
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy
- Manage and lead staff
- Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
- Manage restaurant supplies
- Control costs and minimize waste
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
- Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
Requirements
- POSITION: Restaurant Manager
- SALARY: up to 15,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
- HIRING COMPANY: Healthy Concept Restaurant
- WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
- AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or 1-month notice
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to EUROPEAN nationals
- Female, 40 y/o and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary or any relevant course
- HACCP, PIC or other certifications will be preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience in the same position, preferably from the same restaurant concept in the UAE
- Experienced in operational aspect of managing the restaurant, staff management, revenue generation, etc.
- Must be flexible in work timings even on weekends
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong leadership, management and organization skills
- With a valid UAE Driver’s license
