Job description / Role
Will lead the opening team of the recently opened branch of a high-end Italian restaurant in Dubai
Responsible for assisting restaurant manager in the supervision of whole food and beverage operation.
Provide excellent guest satisfaction and increased productivity standards by utilizing available resources.
Take corrective actions if necessary to ensure standards are maintained.
Requirements
• Open to any Anglophone or European Nationals
• 2 years of experience as Restaurant Supervisor
• Minimum 1 year UAE experience in a casual/fine dining restaurant
• MUST have pre-opening and opening experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Good communication skills
