European Waiter/Waitress up to 6k Aed for a High-End Restaurant in Dubai

- POSITION: Waiter/Waitress
- SALARY: up to 6,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus up to 2,000 AED tips
- HIRING COMPANY: High-End Restaurant
- WORK LOCATION: Mall of the Emirates, Dubai, UAE
- AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately will be prioritized
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to any EUROPEAN nationals
- Male/Female, 35 years old and below

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Diploma in High School or any related certification; food safety training is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or stand alone restaurant/outlet
- Excellent presentation skills, customer service and multi-tasking skills
- Strong ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Must be flexible and energetic

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Greet and assist customers to their tables
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
- Inform customers about the day’s specials
- Offer menu recommendations upon request
- Up-sell additional products when appropriate
- Take accurate orders from the customer
- Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
- Serve food and drink orders
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
- Deliver checks and collect bill payments
