Job description / Role
Purpose: To deliver the Administration and coordinate with the Sales Team for VARIOUS EVENTS ensuring timely sales Support is provided to the business.
Duties:
- Provide admin support to commercial director on assigned projects
- Overall project coordination for events, liaison with organizers, government officials, clients and various departments in the organisation on the assigned projects.
- manage the drill down project plan and act as the main point of contact.
- coordinate security arrangements, storage facility, satellite points, equipment, hygiene guidelines, vehicles, etc. and ensure smooth operation at the events.
- manage documentation (event plan/ evaluate expense/review the cost reduction/etc)
- maintain effective communication on the activities of the department
- maintain confidentiality &professional relationship with guests, customers, suppliers, contractors, etc.
- ensure achievement of credit performance target as per set credit policy
Requirements
Must possess excellent communication skills, should have min 1-2 years of relevant experience (ideally in events coordination)
Should have Advance Computer skills, advanced business writing skills, Communication is extremely important.
Must be flexible to work long hours.
Location. Sh. zayed road, Dubai.
