Job description / Role
A non profit organisation is looking for an experienced, hands on Event Manager to manage their corporate events such as workshops and roundtable discussions. You will develop key relationships in government and business and identify a portfolio of key event subjects that add value to the members. You will manage all events in their entirety and identify and approach relevant speakers. Another key area of this role is to be able to secure event sponsorship so prior experience of this is essential.
Requirements
• Having at least 4 years relevant corporate event management experience you will be a talented multitasker.
• You will be confident and experienced at liaising at CEO level
• You must have excellent research, meeting and presentation skills.
• A proven track record of managing successful corporate events is essential. (not product launches or exhibitions)
• Ideally an understanding of Middle East business practices and the issues that surround this would be an advantage.
